I worked for an after school program with elementary aged children during my high school years. I also tutored peers while in high school, as well as now in college. I am an honors student, both in high school and college, and am committed to academic excellence. I want to be a tutor because I want to help other students succeed and do well in life. Academics are the foundation of a great future and helping someone achieve academic goals is very important to me. I am going into the Health Education and Promotion field after I graduate next fall and this would be a great way to launch my teaching career.
